This Mandela Month, Expert Stores proudly partnered with SA Harvest to support their Buckets of Nutrition for Matrics campaign—an initiative aimed at helping under-resourced learners face their final exams with dignity, focus, and nourishment.
Recognizing that many South African matriculants go into their most important academic period on empty stomachs, this initiative provided tangible support by delivering buckets filled with essential food items to students in need. Each bucket, valued at R500, represents a meaningful contribution toward food security, educational success, and long-term impact.
On Mandela Day, our Johannesburg head office came together for a dedicated bucket-packing session. Staff donated their time and energy to pack buckets with staple foods and messages of encouragement for learners across the country. The energy in the room was a true reflection of the Expert spirit—united in purpose, driven by impact
